New voice mode experience Poggio Coach Agent beta now available

Built as a conversational coach, the new voice mode experience for Poggio’s Coach Agent is now available for beta testing. Sellers can get conversational guidance on their POVs, account plans, and the best sales plays for each account based on Poggio’s real-time intelligence and context.
Sellers simply select the Coach Agent from the Tools menu in Poggio Chat, or ask for a coaching session with the Chat agent recognizing natural language keyword triggers (e.g. “Coach me”, “Coaching session”, “Training call”, “Role play”, “Mock call”, “Practice call”, etc.).

Poggio’s Coach Agent launches to answer questions and provide guidance in conversation with sellers, helping them prepare for customer conversations and driving the right next outreach within the account.
The interactions feel like a natural conversation with a coworker or teammate, making it easy, convenient, and comfortable for sellers to get the insights they need by simply asking the Poggio Coach Agent. For example, sellers can ask:
- Who are the key stakeholders in this account?
- What are their top priorities and challenges?
- How does our solution solve their top priorities and challenges?
