What happens when I run out of credits?
You're never cut off. Additional credits are available at $0.15 each, billed at the end of the month.
Can credits be shared across my team?
Yes. Credits are pooled across all users in your workspace, so your team uses them where they matter most.
Does it matter where I use Poggio?
Not at all. Slack, Salesforce, the web app, the API, and MCP all draw from the same credit pool. Poggio can be used wherever your team already works.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade from Free Trial to Pro at any time, and move from Pro to Enterprise when you're ready. We'll prorate the transition and carry over any unused credits.
How is data handled and secured?
Poggio is SOC 2 Type II compliant. Enterprise plans add SSO, SCIM provisioning, and contractual DPAs. Your data is never used to train shared models.
